Each and every project we undertake goes through the same rigorous quality process to assure that our clients receive the absolute best in language services.

At WordTech International, project management is a core competence not an afterthought. Our passion for project management is driven from the CEO down and we work hard to instill its disciplines throughout the company. Our project managers possess language skills, rich multiple-language localization and globalization management experiences and profound industry knowledge to provide end to end language solutions to our client. In addition, our project managers are seasoned professionals who are methodical when it comes to identifying and selecting the most qualified resources for each and every case. WordTech International's project managers monitor and supervise the entire project process to ensure compliance with quality standards, client-specific requirements, and deadlines on each and every project.

We fully understand that each language and globalization project is a delicate and complex process involving diverse skills and requiring experience in the coordination of work phases. WordTech International believes that it is not enough to simply convert text into the target languages. Over the years our team has learnt that:
● Contents must be adapted to the linguistic and cultural system of the target language;
● Communication tone must be suitable for technical standards;
● Graphical components must also undergo any necessary transformations to meet the linguistic, technical and cultural communication requirements;
● Scripting components (Javascript, PHP, Perl, Asp, database, etc) must be adapted to and harmonized with the resulting product; and
● Page formatting must be taken into account and made compatible with the original graphical structure, and with the demands of search engine and directory positioning.

Keeping these above factors in mind, WordTech International is committed to help our clients minimize labor and financial costs via quality localization and globalization including maintenance, and service support. We only work with native speakers of the target languages who must also be equipped with product domain and specific technological/industry expertise. The Frameworks and Special Tools used by WordTech International team include:

● Guidelines, Templates and Checklists for the whole project process;
● Best practices and L10n usage guidelines available for commonly used products/platforms;
● Common reusable component for externalization at different platforms;
● Tools to trace multi-byte characters; and
● C++ i18n impact analysis tool

WordTech International team works very closely with its clients and keeps its clients informed of the status of intermediate milestones and alert its clients of any event that can impact the cost, quality and/or schedules of the projects described in the Statement of Work. In addition, WordTech International team focuses on issues critical to maintaining activities on schedule and within budget, like cost variances and progress against scheduled milestones, through reports such as:

Weekly Status Reports with conference call reviews. This report covers near-term scheduling and technical/management subjects such as progress against short-turnaround milestones, staffing requirements or changes, and users' and technical issues/problems. During the conference calls, participants will review the current work status in detail, discuss the plan for the next week and highlight major issues and the action plans. In addition, if there are any items that require the clients intervention, these will be separately highlighted.

Activity Report. This report will provide a description of project activities and will include technical issues/actions taken, tasks completed and ongoing tasks. Relevant information from the Weekly Status Reports will be used.

The QA program of the WordTech International team will ensure the following:
● Reviewing service goals and results;
● Reviewing the progress of the project;
● Monitoring, testing, and documenting problems encountered;
● Polling customers for suggestions and satisfaction levels, where applicable; and
● Meeting security controls for hardware, software, operating systems, and documentation

Where used, WordTech International team will return all TMs and glossaries provided by its clients along with TMs and glossaries developed by the WordTech International team supplementary to what was originally provided by its clients.

WordTech International team will maintain adequate documentation and deliver to its clients all the lifecycle observations through a "Post-Project" report along with root-cause analysis of any intermediate milestone slips and project anomalies.
